This 1936 Epiphone Emperor is an absolute cannon with classic Epiphone punch with huge headroom.  The harder it's pushed, the more it pushes back.  This is the classic big band style Epiphone archtop.
 
The bridge is original.  The tailpiece appear to have been repaired and the tuners have been replaced with new Waverlys.  There is also clear lacquer overspray on the back and sides, though the original finish still remains underneath.  The top shows only original finish.  The binding has all been replaced on the neck and body.
 
Comes with a non-original hardshell case.
