That Rhythm Man Guitars is proud to present this exceptional example of the Gibson Super 400. This guitar belonged to a touring professional and comes with a custom made road case which provides unrivaled protection. The guitar has exceptional playability with a wonderful straight neck and plenty of life left in the level frets. The voice is remarkable in both tone and volume, a distinct combination not found in many guitars. It would be equally at home comping along with a big band or holding down a solo gig. For the non-professional, this guitar would make both an amazingly enjoyable guitar to play which sounds as stunning as it looks. The guitar has two small screw holes on the base side of the neck where a floating pickup had been previously mounted. The back has a previously repaired center seam crack which is very solid and stable. When we received the guitar, there was also a top crack running from near the end of the fretboard to about halfway to the bridge. This crack was professionally repaired by master luthier Darrell Guinn and is nearly undetectable. We offer free shipping in the continental US. We also ship worldwide.
