While it may have a bolt on neck, there is no doubt about this guitars Gibson lineage.  The action is low and it plays beautifully.  The original Sonex pickups sound great and have high output, making them very capable of high gain applications.
 
The finish is certainly not perfect, but shows no more than average wear and dings for a 35+ year old guitar.
