Here is your chance to get a vintage Gibson Les Paul in Silverburst.  It has most of the features of the coveted Les Paul Custom, but can be had for far less.  This one comes with all of the original black hardware, original EMG pickups, and orginal wiring harness.  It is currently set up with all chrome hardware, CTS pots, orange drop capacitors, and a Seymour Duncan humbucker set, taking the guitar into "Adam Jones" territory.  Like a Les Paul Custom, this guitar has an ebony fingerboard, just with trapezoid inlays, rather than block inlays.  It also has the usual maple top and mahogany body of most Les Pauls.  All of the features bring this guitar very close to all of the features of the current Adam Jones signature.
 
The guitar plays beautifully with low, fast action.  All notes ring out clearly.  The neck has the typical slim 60s neck of the 1980s.  The original frets have lots of life left in them.  The truss rod works appropriately.
 
It has playwear, including buckle worming on the back, some damaged finish on the sides of the headstock from an older style stand.  One owner also clearly played almost exclusively in the first position with an area worn through to bare wood. Otherwise, there are some scattered small dings and light scratches.  The nut has been replaced.

The guitar comes with the original chainsaw "Protector" case and the rarely seen for this era certificate of authenticity.
