This fine banjo actually belonged to my father, and he was the original owner. I held onto it for a while, but learning to play the banjo is just not in my future. He took extremely good care of all of his instruments, and this one is in superb condition for a twenty year old instrument. There is a little dulling if the nickel parts, but it otherwise looks almost new. 

The playability seems great to me, as a long time guitarist, and the mahogany resonator gives it a great tone. 

The original hard shell case is included.
