This Les Paul Standard comes in a maple top with a cherry sunburst finish. It has a few small scuffs from the last 15 years, but has been very well taken care of and has barely any fret wear at all. There is a small scratch in the finish near the nut that does not involve the wood. THERE ARE NO CRACKS IN THE WOOD, Guaranteed!

It's all original with the 490/498 pickups, confirmed by Gibson customer service.

I rate this as an exceptional playing guitar with more of a 50s shaped neck and very low, fast action. The tone with the current pickups is more on the bright end of the spectrum while remaining complex and singing for great blues and hard rock sounds. This would also be a fantastic guitar for metal.
