This SC245 has a custom pinstripe done by PRS in their Maryland factory. It also has real abalone bird inlays. As far as I know this is the only one like this in the world. The work looks flawless, and is beautifully done. Otherwise, it is exactly what you expect an SC245 to be. If you're looking for a PRS Singlecut, here is your chance to have one that is likely one of a kind with upgraded inlays. 

I recently gave this guitar a new full setup with a 10s gauge set of Ernie Ball slinky strings. It definitely needed some tweaking when I received it, but now it plays beautifully and sing just like you would hope. All strings ring out clearly at all frets and the action is fantastic. The guitar is 100% factory original and has the pattern regular neck. The condition is excellent. The only things I have found are some fine pick scratches on the surface. There appears to be no buckle rash. 

The original hardshell case and associated case candy are included.
