One of four Gibson L-5 CT examples we are sharing, this 2012 one is the dual humbucker version which is probably the most common version seen, versus the acoustic versions and the even less common P90 versions.  This one comes in the classic George Gobel cherry red finish and is in all original condition. 
 
It plays and sound great.  The action is low and fast with room to adjust the bridge up or down as the player prefers.  The tone is pure L-5CES, but with the thinner body that many find more comfortable. The frets show some wear, but have lots of life left in them.  The neck has a comfortable C to very slightly D-shaped carve.
 
The finish is in very good condition overall, but does show scattered light scratches and a few 1-2 mm dents, as shown in the photos.  All of these are shallow and hard to photograph, but it should be noted that while in great playing condition and generally very nice cosmetic condition, it is not in mint condition.  It is sure to please all but collector's looking for perfect examples.
