This guitar is a new factory second. I have inspected it closely, and the only thing I have found that could even possibly be considered a defect is a small area of green coloration (mineral deposit?) in the wood of the neck, I show in one of the pictures. The guitar plays great straight out of the box, and sounds fantastic (see the demo video).
