This PRS McCarty 594 Singlecut is in excellent condition.  It does show some light surface scratches and light wear to the pickup covers.  There is no other significant playwear.
 
The playability is excellent with low, fast action and no buzzing. The frets are in excellent condition and the Pattern Vintage neck feels great. The 58/15 LT pickups sound awesome, as expected, and the push-pull tone pot coil splits add great versatility.
