This 2020 Gibson ES-335 has factory modifications, including a custom Copper Metallic finish.  The pickups consist of a clear bobbin 490R in the neck position and a Alnico 3 Custombucker in the bridge.  Additional mods performed by Gibson include all black nickel hardware, including black nickel pickup ring covers over copper-color pickup rings.  The headstock was sprayed over with a red tinted clear coat, and the back of the neck has a 3-tone fade.  The bridge pickup was made with a black nickel cover and gold pole pieces.  Again, all mods were done at the Gibson factory. No pickguard was ever installed.
 
The guitar shows in mint condition.  We are unable to find any defects at all.  It plays beautifully, and sounds great.  The neck is straight and has a 50s carve.  The action is nice and low with all notes ringing out clearly.  The back of the headstock is stamped "MOD".
