This ES-335 Figured was done in a custom color Gibson calls Caramel Burst which really makes the flame pop in a warm, inviting way.  It also has a factory installed Gibson unpotted Alnico 2 humbucker set instead of the T-types Gibson has normally been putting in these.
 
The guitar has just been set up with a 10-46 set and it plays beautifully with low, fast action.  The pickups sound like a very accurate reproduction of a great PAF set, clean or overdriven, but they are also surprisingly good at high gain sounds where, despite being unpotted they are easily managed with a noise gate.  It's a very versatile guitar.
 
There some very light surface scratches, but all in all the finish is in excellent condition.  The frets have no wear.  The back of the headstock is stamped "MOD".
