This is the second one of these Solid Formed 17s I have gotten in and both have been essentially flawless. This one is mint, except for some very light dulling of the finish on the pickup. Otherwise, there isn’t a scratch on it. 

If you have any concerns about the tops being press formed, rather than hand carved, consider putting these concerns aside. These guitars have an extremely consistent and exceptionally good acoustic voice, in my opinion better than most (but certainly not all) carved top guitars. 

Amplified these tend a little toward the bright side, but this is easily tamed with the Schatten thumb wheel volume and tone controls which are mounted under the pickguard. 

The playability is superb on this guitar which is currently set up with Thomastik Infeld Swing 13s. 

The neck is a full 50s style C shape. There is very, very little fret wear. 

The original hard shell case is included, along with the COA and the original case candy, as pictured. The case has some scrapes, as you can see, but no tears. The interior is perfect and all latches and hinges work flawlessly.
