I just got in several of these Jackson Adrian Smith Signature SDX guitars in like new condition.  They are being sold as a manufacturer refurbished guitars, simply because they do not come with a warranty. I cannot find any significant flaws in any of the guitars.  All parts and electronics work perfectly. The guitars come with the tremolo bars.
