This is a new, B-stock MAJ-100 Majesty John Petrucci signature.  It is in perfect condition, except for the pictured scratch near the tone knob which is why I'm not selling it as "brand new".  It comes with all original materials, including the gig bag and tremolo bar, just as you'd expect with any new guitar.  After being made in Indonesia, these guitars are sent to the Music Man facility in California for final set up.  I have to say that they certainly nailed it with this one.  The set up is perfect.  The action is low, and the notes ring out clearly.  If you don't mind one small scratch on an otherwise new guitar, you can save yourself $80 here.
